All the ceilings are made from the masive classic beautiful sabina wood beams and wooden slats between them. All the windows are fully protected with iron grill for further security. There is also an alarm curently instaled as well. All the  flooring is made from old genuine terracotta tiles.

The house has in total five bedrooms (four double and one single) and three bathrooms of which two are en suite.

In the ground floor there is a magnificent entrance under a porch with a small cosy outdoors livingroom on the right side and an old well on the left side. This floor is made from terracotta tiles.

The triple wide two metres entrance door of the house leads to the roomy 40 sqm living room in two levels. The upper level on the left hand is where is located the  TV area with its library, the fire place and a big bed to lay down creates  a cosy atmosphere for relaxing specially in the winter time. Attached to this space there is a  small 9 sqm bedroom ideal for children. On the left hand there is the dinning room and the living room to attend the guests.

Around the livingroom goes the rest of the rooms.Two bedrooms (the mastersuite with its impresive six metres long wardrobe) plus a double bed room in the opposite side of the entrance. The big kitchen includes a second dinningroom with the pantry, the laundry and a guest bathroom.

On the right side of the living room there is the staircase which leads to the upper floor where is located the guest bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and a huge terrace. In the opposite side of the terrace there is a fifth double bedroom.

The house has a tourist license for summer rentals
